World Championship notes

Canada won for the fourth time in five games at the World Championship, defeating Belarus, 4-1, on Friday.

Stars defensemen Stephane Robidas and Brenden Dillon did not factor in the scoring for Canada. Robidas led Canada with 19:54 of ice time, had one shot on goal and was even. Dillon was second in ice time for Canada with 19:34, had three shots on goal and was even.

Stars forward Antoine Roussel will be action Saturday when France takes on Team USA. Also on Saturday, defenseman Philip Larsen and Denmark play undefeated Switzerland, and forward Loui Eriksson and Sweden play Slovenia.
