Dallas Stars prospect Brett Ritchie registered a career-high six points (four goals, two assists) as the Niagara IceDogs defeated the Guelph Storm, 9-4, in the Ontario Hockey League Saturday night.
Ritchie, Dallas’ second round pick (44th overall) in 2011, scored twice on the power play and twice at even strength in the game. His line, which includes Ryan Strome and Mitchell Theoret, combined for 16 points (seven goals, nine assists) in the game.
After scoring just one goal in his first 12 games of the season, Ritchie has scored eight goals over his last six games.
The 19-year-old right wing now has 24 points (nine goals, 15 assists) in 18 games this season.
