The NHL has been getting some strong television ratings across the country since play resumed, and so have the Dallas Stars.
The Stars say household ratings through the first three games of the season are averaging a 1.12, up 80 percent from an average rating of .62 last season.
The season and home opener against the Phoenix Coyotes, which aired on Fox Sports Southwest, averaged a 1.52 household rating, which was the highest rated regular season game for the Stars since a November 2010 game against the Colorado Avalanche drew a 1.86 rating.
