Here are a few notes on Dallas Stars prospects who were in action on Friday night.
*C Radek Faksa (first round/2012), who has been dealing with some illness issues, was back in the lineup Friday and assisted on all three goals in Kitchener’s 3-1 victory over Erie in the Ontario Hockey League. Faksa has points in four of his last five games and has 6 points (1 goal, 5 assists) during that stretch.
*C Gemel Smith (fourth round/2012) ran his goal scoring streak to three games, scoring once in Owen Sound’s 5-2 loss to London in the OHL. Smith has points in 14 of his last 16 games and has 23 points (11 goals, 12 assists) during that 16-game stretch.
*RW Matej Stransky (sixth round/2011) picked up one goal and one assist in Saskatoon’s 4-0 victory over Prince George Friday. Stransky has points in 10 of his last 12 games and has 15 points (4 goals, 11 assists) during that stretch.
